Investland has increased its dominance of Hackney’s Kingsland Road area with the purchase of its tenth site for development.

The property developer, which specialises in urban regeneration, has acquired Canalside Studios situated on Orsman Road, N1, and fronting the Grand Union Canal. Proposals are currently being drawn up for one of Investland’s trademark mixed use developments consisting of commercial space and luxury apartments.
