Benyon Wharf: demolition commences on site
Having received planning permission earlier on in the winter for an eight-storey mixed use development, the development of this waterfront regeneration scheme is now in the works, planning to provide 53 stylish live-work units and 20,000 sqft of B1 office space. The canal-side development will also feature a communal courtyard with a water theme as well as underground car parking.
