Investland’s stylish Benyon Wharf development has won the Platinum prize for Design & Innovation in the 2007 Hot Property Awards.

The distinctive eight-storey gated development in a tranquil canal side location is a prime example of Investland’s expertise in creating quality live/work environments. The judges recognised how cleverly Investland met the challenge of maximising the site’s value by creating a high density, mixed use scheme without compromising either quality of build or privacy for residents. This was achieved through imaginative use of space, centred on a duplex design for the 53 apartments.

Investland faced stiff competition for the prestigious award, beating Barratt West London and Silver Homes to the top prize.
