Following several pre-planning consultations, Barnet council has granted planning permission for Investland’s stunning residential development, Sunny Park Views in Great North Way, London NW4.

Plans for the eight unique apartments with breathtaking views over Hendon’s Sunny Hill Park were approved in their entirety. The building, a contemporary interpretation of a classical design, has been designed to maximise light throughout each apartment.

Sunny Hill Park is a well-known haven for a variety of birds and butterflies. Balconies and large bay windows inspired by the renowned architect Charles Voysey make the most of the development’s park front location.

The design incorporates eco-friendly features such as solar power panels, which are expected to meet around one quarter of the anticipated hot water demand. This will reduce carbon emissions by around 10%.
