Our plans for this locally listed building aimed to preserve its character while creating three modern apartments, finished to a very high specification. The impressive period building houses the one and two-bedroom split-level apartments, which are accessed via a striking glazed stair tower that floods the lobby area with natural light.

Unusually, each apartment benefits from exterior space, either in the form of a private roof terrace or courtyard. Design touches such as exposed brickwork, bamboo and limestone floors add to the apartments' distinctiveness and desirability.
