This was the first phase of our critically acclaimed development. The "respectful and innovative" conversion of this Grade II listed Victorian spice warehouse into 20 live/work units won Investland a Hot Property Award for 'Style'. The judges applauded the 'stunning design that's sure to make it one of the most sought-after addresses in London'.

Our sympathetic refurbishment of the four-storey landmark building retains many original features such as heavy sliding doors, cast iron period radiators, double height ceilings, exposed beams and brickwork. This led to English Heritage praising it as 'the best remaining example in South East England of a canal-side granary.'
