We acquired this former Maynard Sweets factory from Cadbury Schweppes for a consortium of investors. Investland oversaw this two-year £2 million project that involved the demolition and rebuilding of some units, as well as the complete refurbishment of 200,000 sq ft of office space and light industrial studios.

Today, we are responsible for managing the estate which accommodates over 50 companies. It is almost 100% let, with a waiting list of prospective new tenants.
