Many Investland developments are mixed use schemes as we recognise the opportunities they present to address environmental, social and economic issues in the local community. We believe in preserving open spaces and attracting jobs, local services and leisure facilities to the areas in which we build. In this way we make a real contribution to the quality of life of residents.

We have now obtained planning permission for the development of one such mixed use site at the head of the Kingsland Basin. It will consist of 35 live/work and residential apartments, together with 18,000 sq ft of B1 office space that will be built speculatively.
