Our development of this Grade II listed warehouse in Vestry Street acted as a catalyst for the regeneration of first the building, then the street and next the wider area. It is a prime example of the Investland ethos where worthy sentiment is turned into action.

Having obtained planning consent for change of use from commercial to live/work, we ensured a sensitive refurbishment of the three-storey building placed emphasis on preserving its authentic features. Large loft style spaces feature exposed brickwork, the original wooden floors, polished and preserved, and stunning dual aspect views.
