Investland is creating a landmark development, which will be catalyst for the regeneration of Edmonton town centre. The building’s design led to approving comments from town planners who noted that, “the development exhibits strong design credentials”.

The part three-storey, part nine-storey building will house two large retail units totalling 520m2 on the ground floor and 24 residential apartments on the nine floors above. These will range in size from 75 to 180m2.

A basement cycle and car park ensures parking will not be a problem for residents, despite its London location.
